1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using datafightcentral.com, the DFC mobile application, or associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
- You must be at least 13 years of age to browse public records, and at least 18 years of age (or have verified parental/guardian consent) to register as an athlete, promoter, or official.
- Authentication is secured via verified Google OAuth / Firebase Auth. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
- Athletes claiming verified fighter passports must provide authentic identification or sanctioning licence documentation upon request.
3. Sanctioned Combat Sports Policy
Data Fight Central operates exclusively for sanctioned professional and sanctioned amateur combat sports. The Platform strictly prohibits:
- Listing, promoting, matchmaking, or ticketing unsanctioned "backyard", street, or unregulated fighting events.
- Submitting fabricated fight records, falsified medical clearances, or counterfeit bout scorecards.
- Integrating unlicensed sports betting, odds displays, or gambling solicitations (prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001).
4. PPV Commerce and Ticketing
- All digital tickets and pay-per-view access passes are processed via secure Stripe payment rails.
- Promoter revenue splits and athlete payouts are governed by individual contractual bout agreements registered through DFC Box Office.
- Purchased PPV entitlements grant a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial broadcast stream licence for the specified event duration.
5. User Content and Athlete Profiles
You retain ownership of media, fight photos, and profile content you submit. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Data Fight Central a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, index, and display this content in connection with fighter passports, rankings, and event promotion.
6. Intellectual Property
The DFC Platform, D-Cortex neural systems, 3D Combat Atlas, proprietary algorithms, and brand trademarks are owned by Dirty Boxing Pty Ltd. Unauthorized scraping, automated harvesting, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimers and Medical Assumption
Combat sports carry inherent physical risks. Data Fight Central provides administrative, statistical, and media tools — we do not provide medical advice or substitute for ring-side commission doctors. All athletes and gyms are responsible for maintaining current sanctioned medical approvals.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
