01 — Terms of Service

You retain ownership of the content you post ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant DataFightCentral a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content for operating and improving the Platform.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the Platform, or created legal risk. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform cease immediately.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that content will always be available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataFightCentral will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

02 — Payments & Fund Handling (PPV)

1. Third‑Party Payment Processing

All payments for pay-per-view ("PPV") events and other purchases made through DataFightCentral are processed exclusively by authorized third-party payment providers (for example: Stripe, PayPal) and/or designated event promoters (for example: [MonBet PPV], [ETCB]). DataFightCentral does not process, hold, or manage any funds related to these transactions.

2. No Custody of Funds

DataFightCentral acts solely as a platform facilitating access to PPV content and social features. We do not have custody, control, or access to payment funds at any time. We do not operate as a bank, money transmitter, escrow, or custodian.

3. Disputes, Refunds, Chargebacks

Any disputes, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks related to payments must be addressed directly with the payment provider or event promoter responsible for the transaction. DataFightCentral is not responsible for resolving payment issues, determining refund eligibility, or issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Provider Terms Apply

You agree to comply with the terms and policies of the third-party payment providers and/or promoters used for transactions. Those providers may require additional information and may have their own dispute and refund procedures.

2. How We Use Information
